(1) The owner or manager of each public vehicle involved in the transportation service must carry accident insurance of the specified amount for the driver, operator, security personnel and other employees working in that vehicle.
(2) If the driver, operator, security personnel and other employees are injured or die due to a vehicle accident, the insured amount will be received by him or his immediate family.
(3) In case any public vehicle accident occurs while operating the transport service without insuring drivers, conductors, security personnel as per sub-section (1), the insurance amount as per sub-section (1) to be received by them shall be paid by the owner or manager of the vehicle to them or their beneficiaries. Compensation should be given.
